I've been busy

Hello guys,sorry for not being around again for few days.It's just that we're busy for our upcoming move.It's really fast approaching,2 weeks more and we'll be transferring to our new abode.Since we'll be hiring a company to transport our things,it will be less burden for us but still we're the one who will make the emballage of our things and put it in the carton box.

I hope you understand guys but later I'll be in your blog to pay you a visit.Thanks for being around always.

Strolled at the park

Yes,we went out this afternoon.We went to the park and strolled around.Alex was so happy playing slides and talking to some children :)He's so cute trying to make friends,though he can't speak yet but the gestures he did to catch the attention of the other kids really shows that he is friendly.He also tried the rides in the park,he was ok at first but later,he wanted to go out and I was really afraid that he will fell off to the ground.Fortunately,they stop and was able to took out baby Alex.

I'll just continue tomorrow the story of our sortie.

Anak by Freddie Aguilar is one of my all time favorite OPM songs and everytime I hear this song,it really touches my heart.It made me cry remembering my parents on how they raised us and how they did all the things,the sacrifices,the hardship in life in order to provide our needs and yet sometimes we're not nice to them when we were young.I really regret what I have done before especially to our mother,the three of us were disobedient.If only I could turn back the hands of time,I'll prove and show to her how much I love her.I really miss you Ma.

Now that I'm a parent too,I will teach my son how to be respectful and be good not only to us but to everybody.

Who wants to eat turun?I'm asking this coz I made lots of it :)bigyan ko kayo kung gusto nyo :)I was really craving for this merienda in Pinas that I decided to make for myself.My husband likes it a lot too!

I used the banana plantaine(sp?)this banana taste like our banana in Pinas.Then I put some slices of jackfruit then rolled in to the rice wrapper.After that I deep it to the oil with caramelized brown sugar.Hmmm yum yum :)

Samal's Paradise Island Beach Resort

This is the Paradise Island Beach Resort,one of the most beautiful and clean beaches in Samal Island.Samal Island is around 30 minutes from the downtown of Davao City and then around 5 minutes boat ride to cross the island.I guess last year the boat ride is 7 pesos and the entrance fee of the resort is around 80 pesos.

You can do many things in the resort,you can dine in their restaurant,play volleyball,table tennis,basketball.Do some kayaking,snorkling and scuba diving and some other activities.They have also a flower garden and a mini zoo.

Every time we are in Davao city,we never forget to go in this resort.My husband likes it a lot.

Beautiful Flowers

Whenever we go out I like looking on the flowers even in the mall,in the garden or wherever.And I really like flowers to put on our table.It gives joy and happiness just by looking those beautiful different colored ones.It adds beauty also to our home.These are some of the flowers we bought.

My baby Alex

This is my son Alex,isn't he cute for that pose in the 1st photo and a chickboy smile on the last photo:)He's 2 yrs old and 3 months now.93 cm makes him tall for his age I think :)Our future PBA basketball player :)

He can utter some french words now such as Hallo,par la,la bas,il est la,cle,ball(hello,there,it's here,keys,ball)and even can count but un,deux,quatre and huite (1,2,4,8)For me that makes him intelligent coz 1+1=2,2+2=4,4+4=8 hehehe.Even though his counting is not yet in order but still I'm proud of him.He has lots of development and improvement right now especially on his speech and can understand what we said though he can't prounounce the words sometimes.Besides he's still a baby.

I guess,it's quite difficult for a bi-cultural kid to speak early.Sometimes,I forgot,I spoke to him in bisaya,maybe sometimes it made him confused :( Now,I should stick talking to him in french for him to learn and talk fast.

Golf accessories

Me and my friends were having a day out the other day.We talk a lot of things especially the clothes,shoes and many more that relates to the new trend.My friend Judy who likes to golf was having a problem on her new clothes to use on her upcoming play.They will be in the Southern France next month with her husband to play golf.It's really fast approaching.She said,she was searching several sites on the net that suites her taste.Luckily,one of our friend Alice who is also into golf suggested the site of an online store that has Ladies Golf Apparel .

I was really amazed seeing this building while having a walk near Champs-Élysées,it really caught my attention.

I love Sushis!

I already eat some sushis before but in the chinese restaurant buffet.It was my first time to dine-in in a japanese resto.I don't even know how to use the chopstick,I was laughing at myself coz I can't really figured out how to used it.I used the fork though :)

It was my first time to eat an authentic sushis made by japanese :)We even saw the man making the sushis.Their sushis were so different compared to what I've eaten in chinese resto.The taste were so good and delicious!!!I really love it!I told my husband that we should try to dine in the japanese resto and he said yes!( though my husband is not a fan of sushis).

I'm looking forward to go back there soon with my husband.

What a great performance!

No doubt Charice Pempengco is one of the most demanding singing stars of her generation today in Philippines.She is now known internationally,had some recording in Sweden,recording contract too in New York and guested some very known TV shows.We've seen her guesting on TV show in Korea Super King,the very known Ellen De Generes show and now in London on Paul O'Grady show,what an achievement!

Everytime she guested in the international Tv shows,all the audiences gave her the standing ovation and shouted for more.They really appreciate her talent and she is really great!I'm really proud of her,go Charice!

Lazy me!

I was so happy today because even for few hours,the sun came out again.The three of us went out and had some shopping again in the asian store and then we stayed for a while in the mini park nearby for Alex to be able to play.Hope it will not rain this evening,I really hate it.

Time flies so fast,it's been 4 days now that I'm home and stop working but have done nothing yet.I even haven't started segregating our things.Just by looking the clothes that I have to pile up,I'm already tired :( I should have the courage to start it or else we'll be running out of time coz there are lots of things to be done but I'm also happy and excited.Hay buhay!

Trip to Isles of Scilly

Today,we had a long distance call from my sister inlaw from Grenoble,France.It was a long talk,she was so excited to tell us their unforgettable experiences on their trip and it was their first time to be in UK too.She was telling us how great their vacation was.Last week,she and her family were in the Isles of Scilly for a Cornwall day trip,for their spring get away vacation.She said there are two options to get there,flying on the Skybus where you can have a spectacular view of the Cornish countryside and coastline or cruising on the Scillonian III where you have a glimpse of the islands as you approach.They chose,Scilloninan III,they prefer to savor the beautiful sceneries of the islands.

She said that the place is so prefect,the white sand beaches and the sparkling turquoise sea,it was a breathtaking place!On their trip they saw some exotic plants,wild flowers,ancient cairns and crumbling castles and went to museum.

She said there are many islands to visit,the St Marys,Tresco,Bryher,St.Agnes, and St Martins islands which are equally beautiful.They tried the local sumptious foods at the restaurants and made some shopping for souvenirs.They had a blast exploring and discovering the islands.Overall she said that it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip they ever had.

Maybe next time me and my family will go to the Isles of Scilly and experience and discover the magic of each islands has to offer.

It's good to be back!

It's been a while that I was in hiatus.I'm really sorry for not being active in blogging world,it's just that the whole family got sick,first it was me who had a flu,then my husband and the last was my son.I really blame my self and felt sorry for passing it to them.It's really difficult when you're working and when you arrive at night,you still have to be awake till wee hours for bloghopping plus the bad weather we have,surely my health was affected.It's not worth to compromise my health and my family for few dollars that I have to earn in blogging.

The weather here in France is still not good.It's still cold,rains that keep coming back and even snow last night!!!Yes,we had some snow last night,I thought winter was over :)

After four long years of working in a superstore as a cashier, I definitely stopped working as of Saturday.I decided it to be a month earlier unlike as it was planned before.It's better because I will have more time preparing for our stuffs and sorting out some items to keep or to throw before we transfer to our new abode.I'm so excited,I just can't wait to plant some flowering plants and some veges :)and my baby can play around outside the house.It will be definitely different living in a house with garden than in a condo style home.

Now that I have more time in a day,I'll be active again in blogging.Again sorry for not being active for a while.Have to go, will visit you guys now :)

Price of rice hike up!

Everytime I watch the Filipino programs on the net and even here in France,the hiking price of rice are always the subject.I really don't understand why the prices of basic commodities are skyrocketing while the Philippine peso is soaring?Normally,the prices will be lesser but it's not what happen right now.Sad but it's true,poor people are the victims.How can they afford to buy rice at 38 pesos per kilo and eat three times a day?I hope government will do something about it.

I like buffet!

Whenever we have a chance to go to China town in Paris,we never fail to dine in the chinese restaurant.They have this eat all you can buffet style,we really it a lot.They have many selections,from appetizer,main course and desert and lots of different salads to.One thing more,it's really cheap compared to other restaurant which caters buffet,the cost is only 15 euros per head.And we're through,both of us were full and contented of what we ate.

Surely I'll gonna miss this when we move.
