A friend of mine who is also searching for the right diet supplement to take told me the other week that she had found some products on the net.She really wants to lose weight soon.She told me that one of the products contains ephedrine.She doesn't know if it safe to use.What do you think about this product? Is it safe to use?

I just told her that she has to research and get to know first the ingredients of the product before using it.Because some products use some ingredients that are not good for the health so always be careful.And also,I told her that always ask her doctor if the product is safe to use.Hope my friend will listen to me.It's better to be safe than to be sorry later.
