Couldn't get enough eating what I like

Since I couldn't get enough eating of the foods that I like,maybe I should take something that could suppress my appetite.I really want to lose weight so that I can use the clothes that I have before I become big.Before,I was using small sizes clothes but now,I use extra large :( While looking for a an appetite suppressant on the net,I got the chance to read about the new Fastin.I read that it's an appetite suppressant.Though I would like much to lose weight but my health is very important for me.I don't want to put my health on risk so I have to ask first my doctor if the product is safe to use before buying it.
