Wedding preparation

June,the wedding month is coming close.Many couples want to tie the knot on this month.Yet,I don't know why many people prefer to be married at that time.Just like my friend,they chose to be wed on June.She's very excited and they already started preparing for their wedding.

Wedding could be stressful if you don't plan ahead.So couples be prepared,there are many things to do.Aside from the fact that brides are busy choosing their bridal gowns and grooms for their tuxedos and entourage ensembles,they also have to think for the reception and some other things.

I remember,our wedding was very simple.We didn't plan it coz we thought that it would be posponed.But the papers are done earlier so we have to push through the wedding.It was only a week preparation,but it went well.Thanks for the wedding package from Sunny Point,they did a good job.

Having fun at the beach resort

It's summer time now in the Philippines.Last month,my family in Davao requested that they wanted to go to Water World resort.As a treat to them,I agree and just last week,they went there.I know,it's not often that they can go to a resort and use the swimming pools.Im happy that they were able to go back there again and to be able to swim at the different pools there the whole day.It was nice also that they didn't forget to bring the pool floats that we bought when we were there.It's nice to use it,when you want to relax or have some rest at the pool after a tiring swim.All of them said that they really had fun and they were already thinking to return there soon.I just told them maybe on July,on my sister's birthday.How I wish we were with them,I'm sure it's gonna be a lot more fun :)

By the way,they increase the entrance fee,it's now 70 pesos per head instead of 60 pesos.I guess,it's still worth the money coz you can use unlimited the 5 pools,the beach and free use of the cottages.

Watching movies at home

Watching movies is one of the things we really like to do at home.It's our past time since both of us don't work anymore.Before,we like to go to cinemas to watch films but when Alex arrived,we haven't returned yet.We don't want to disturb people while watching the movie if Alex will cry or yell there.Good thing that we have a home theater system at home.We can watch films as if we were in the theater.The sounds are very much the same and even excellent,thanks to the nice speaker and DVD player we have.

We are at home but we experience the feeling of being in cinema.

Grand Canal,Venice Italy

These are the photos we have taken in the Grand Canal of Venice Italy.It's the main way to visit Venice since it connects to the minor canals.The best way to see it is by boat.Just by passing the grand canal,you will see lots of beautiful buildings and different boats.

I tell you,it's really a beautiful place,so if you're planning to go to Italy,never forget to visit Venice.Too bad,we didn't have the chance to ride a gondola that time coz we were afraid that Alex still small and will move a lot in the boat.

Summer vacation

Summer is fast approaching and though it's only spring here,the temperature we have right now is the same as if we're in summer time.And that made me think about our upcoming vacation.I told my husband the other week that we should think now where we will go for a vacation on June.We could also go on July and August but not on September since Alex will be hopefully at school at that month.

Just like us,my friend told me that her family will be having a vacation too this summer.Since they are living in North Carolina and loves the beach,they will rent a beach home on the Outer Banks.She's already excited thinking that they will do kayaking,swimming and also to visit the interesting places nearby.I'm sure it would be an enjoyable vacation to remember.

Definitely we will go to the beach too this summer since it's the only time that we can swim in a warm water :)As of now,we are still thinking about the place.I hope we can decide where to go soon.

Some nice furnitures

We usually get some publicity magazines and journals at home every week from different stores here in our place.We like it a lot because it informs us their new products and also their promotions.One of those is from a furniture store.I always like browsing their catalogue.I like the styles of the bedroom,dining room and living room furnitures that they have featured.Just by looking at the photos,you can instantly know that all are nicely done and are made from high quality materials.If only I could change our furnitures in one snap,I would certainly love to have those at home.

Excited to plant the fruit bearing trees

Excuse me for not being so visible these days,I'll catch up with you guys for sure.It's just that we are so busy working in our yard and also the land that we bought.Spring time is coming and even now the plants starts to grow again,that's why we have to double time in cleaning.

Until now,we still haven't transferred and planted the trees that we bought since we are not done yet cleaning the area.But we are so happy that 5 of the trees are already have some flowers that will eventually become fruits.We want to buy again some fruit bearing trees that we don't have.I really would love to have Loquat trees in our yard if possible.I saw this tree and it's fruits on TV once.Not only it produces delicious fruits but also nice for landscape and garden.

Journey band with Arnel Pineda in Manila

Do you know that the band Journey with our fellow kababayan Arnel Pineda(the front man of the group) will be in Manila?Yes,they will be in Manila on March 14 at the SM Mall of Asia for their asian tour.Ten days from now,Filipinos in the Philippines can have a chance to see the group,how lucky they are.

Oh I would love to hear them singing live!especially the songs Faithfully and Don't stop believing.I'm sure their concert will be sold out and Filipinos will be even more proud of Arnel Pineda.

I read that after their concert in Manila,they will be in Japan and Macau.

Buying wholesale items

I have a friend who is planning to have a small business.She told me that she wanted to be a seller in ebay.So I asked her what she wants to sell,she told me that she would like to sell different products or items that people usually use at home. I suggested her what if she buy some wholesale housewares and items by lots or bulks so that she can have it in a much lower prices and can have large profits at the end.

I heard many ebayers who are very successful and earn a lot of money.Hope she will be one of them.I just wish her goodluck.

Home theater

I saw an online ad of beautiful houses and when I click it,I was directed to an online real estate site.Out of curiousity,I browsed their ads.I saw many big and beautiful houses with big lawns,swimming pools and some nice ammenities in a great prices.

One particular house that I saw has a home theater.The room has a big projector and screen.It also has a leather covered home theatre seating that can accomodate 8 persons.I'm sure the owners of the house watch their movies as if they were in cinema or in theater.

Obviously,with the economic crisis that we are experiencing now,the prices of the houses gets lower,some are even upto 30 percent off from the original price.To those people who have money,now is really the right time to buy a house.
