Way to supress appetite

I really wanted to lose weight but I couldn't stop eating a lot,blame it to the yummy foods that I prepared :).It's really my problem now coz I get bigger and bigger everyday especially now that I stopped working and just stayed at home.I couldn't resist eating a lot,baking cakes and some sweet foods.I know there are lots of appetite suppressants around right now that can help to supress my appetite and for me to eat less.With these,I will surely shed some kilos and hopefully be slim again.Have to ask this thing to my doctor the next time we gonna have check up.

I like browsing and reading the travel online community site.There,I have the chance to read the experiences of the travelers and tourists of the countries and places they have visited and also to see the beautiful photos they have taken.One member wrote her experienced in Las Vegas and showed some photos around the place.She even mention the hotel where she stayed,the Riviera hotel.It has a lot of great amenities from gaming,shopping,dining,entertainment and outdoor fun.The guests will enjoy their stay.Hope someday,my family can go there.

Wanted to burn the body fats

As what I have written in my other post,my friend is still looking for the right way to lose weight.I pity her,she really wants to be slim again.I know how hard to accept that you got big when you used to be very sexy before.I told her,there are many ways in order for a person to shed those bunch of kilos of fats.Like doing the traditional way,dieting and exercise,through medical assistance,taking diet pills or diet supplements aka fat burners.Speaking of fat burners my friend told me she found on the net another fat burner named Betastax.She asked me if I heard about this product and I told her no.Does anyone knows about this product? Is it safe and effective to use??

She wanted to know if it is good,safe and really works.Nowadays,people should be careful in using some products.You have to be sure that it's safe to use.By the way,me too I'm eager to shed these excess kilos of fats,our vacation will be soon.

Charice Pempengco singing Listen in Italy

I love Charice so from time to time,I go to you tube to watch her new videos.Last month she was a guest of a singing contest show in San Remo Italy.She sung,I have nothing,I will always love you,The Prayer,an Italian song and Listen.In this video she sung the song of Beyonce as her own song,it seems that she owns this song IMHO.She amazed and wowed all the audience again.What a great great voice!

By the way,she might be in Italy again on the last week of May.

Got a birth announcement card

The other day we received a birth announcement card from our friend who just got her baby girl almost a month ago.The card is so cute and nicely done.I called her right away to thank her for the beautiful card that she sent to us and how beautiful her baby is.She told me that they just ordered it online.She told me that the online store has wide selection of cards for birth announcements.

We chatted very long,I asked about how was the delivery and her baby.I didn't disturbed her these days bacause I know she is so busy and tired at the same time.It was really nice talking to her again.
