AED ( Automated External Defibrillator )

Many people died from heart disease and the usual cause was cardiac arrest.Cardiac arrest is due to ventricular fibrillation,it means the blood supply to the brain and other organs was stopped.In this situation,mere seconds can mean life and death so the patient must be treated immediately.I have read that ventricular fibrillation can be treated by just applying an electric shock to the chest.This device is called AED or Automated External Defibrillator.

Here in France,you can find AEDs in most of the cities.Just for example,here in our city,we saw one just outside the church.My husband told me that they put it there so that it will be more accessible for emergencies since the premier seconds,minutes are very important.With this device,many people lives are save.

Couldn't get enough eating what I like

Since I couldn't get enough eating of the foods that I like,maybe I should take something that could suppress my appetite.I really want to lose weight so that I can use the clothes that I have before I become big.Before,I was using small sizes clothes but now,I use extra large :( While looking for a an appetite suppressant on the net,I got the chance to read about the new Fastin.I read that it's an appetite suppressant.Though I would like much to lose weight but my health is very important for me.I don't want to put my health on risk so I have to ask first my doctor if the product is safe to use before buying it.

Home office furniture

When we were having a walk in our city last week,we entered a furniture store just to look around.My husband said that all the furnitures there are made of good wood with nice designs.I saw a set of home office furniture that has a resemblance of what my friend has at their home in USA.The only difference is that the wood is rich with bourbon cherry finish.I really like these high quality made furnitures,not only they are beautiful but durable too.

Wedding photos

A friend of mine will be marrying soon and they are starting to prepare the things for their upcoming wedding such as church,wedding entourage gowns,the venue of reception,catering and of course the wedding photographer.I'm really happy and excited for her coz at last she'll be settling down.

While I was browsing some wedding blogs the other day,my attention was caught by some of the beautiful wedding pictures of a couple from Naples,Florida.I was amazed how their hired Naples photographer captured all the nice moments.The pictures were perfect!All are clear,vivid and done with class.I'm sure the couple had a great time,it was indeed a beautiful and a memorable wedding.

Hope my friend will hire a good photographer,I want her wedding to be a memorable one.

I thought sale was ended three weeks ago but I was wrong coz I still see some online stores that have some great deals especially on electronic products.One online store that we visit frequently still has daily deals and special promotions.They also have sale items and clearance blowouts.With these,buyers can really save a lot of money.You just have to check the online stores that have great promotions more often so that you will not miss their great deals.

Hard time to lose weight

Whenever I see women who have children but still have great bodies,I tend to envy them.I sometimes asked myself how come they maintained to be fit while me having a hard time to lose weight.I know there are lots of best diet pills around now that can certainly help me to reduce my weight.I'm still reading some informations and reviews of consumers on different diet pills to be sure that it will be working good for me.For me,the diet pill should be safe and effective.So I have to be sure before using any product.I don't want my health to be compromised,it's better to be safe than to be sorry later.

When I was browsing some photos in a social networking site,I saw some great summer vacation photos in the beach of North Carolina.I've read before that many NC people like to have their vacation in the Outer Banks coz they can do a lot of activities aside from going to the beach.People can do fishing,kayaking and some other water sports or just visit the point of interest of outer banks.I guess there are lots of outer banks vacation rental homes there since there are many families want to go there for a vacation.If you still have no idea what to do this summer,maybe you might consider going to outer banks.

Wish to become slim again

Before,I was very slim.I only weighed 38 kilos before I arrived here in France but after 8 years of being here,I gained about 26 kilos.That is a lot!I'm sure,there are many women like me who have a hard time on losing weight after pregnancy.Some women do the dieting and exercise or maybe some of them are using weight loss pills to lose weight.It's really my goal to shed at least 10-15 kilos.I really wish to be slim again.Hope by next year,I'll be wearing clothes size between small and medium and not the extra large ones.

Orlando Vacations

I'm sure you do just like us here.Though times are really tough nowadays but still many people are taking their vacations.Speaking of vacations,I'm sure many of you want to experience the great orlando vacations.Me as well want to go to the Disneyworld,Universal Studios,Seaworld and Aquatica.I'm sure it's gonna be an exciting and a memorable vacation ever!To be in Orlando and to be able to visit these beautiful places are one of my dream vacations.Hope to visit there in the future.

Eat all you can in Davao

Everytime we visit Davao we usually eat at eat all you can restaurants such as Dencios and Sea food grill to name a few for 130 pesos.The other restaurants in Davao that caters eat all you can are Nanay Bebeng,Buffet Palace,Saluhan Coffee Shop that are also affordable.For me it's practical coz you can have appetizer,viands,desserts and sometimes drink included in one price.And,everytime you go out the restaurant,you are surely full and satisfied :).

I really miss the foods in Davao,how I wish we can go back there soon.
