I was visiting a site and read the topic where an overweight man took a fasting for him to have a quick weight loss.I really do not know if it's a good idea to just eat fruits and drink some water and juices.He said that it works for him and he will just do it for some number of days.For me,I do not know if I can do it.I love eating rice and meat all the time.Like him,I also need to shed some kilos but I guess I will have to use some other methods.
How about you,have you tried fasting?? is it safe to practice?let me know about your opinions.
