It's been a while that I haven't checked my weight.So today I check my weight and according to my weighing scale,I gain again more than 1 kilo,from 61.5 to 62.6 kilos :( It's maybe because I eat again some fatty foods like the choucroute,grilled pork and chicken this week.I thought I will continue to drop my weight since I started dieting but I was tempted again.If I continue like this,I might need the help of best weight loss pills,it might help me to lose some weight.
I promis myself that before we go home to the Philippines,I already loss at least 5-7kilos.I am tired hearing the "you are big" words from my family and friends.I really wish to be slim again.
