How to stop acne?

I read many times that some Filipinas who migrated to other places such as Europe or in America their skin changes.Some of them got acnes.I myself was one of them.

They said that when they were still in Philippines,they have no acnes but when they arrived in their husband's homeland,acnes or big pimples are starting to pop out.They really wanted to end their acne problem.In a forum where I read frequently,there's a thread there on how to cure acne.I read that some Filipina members use neutrogena skin id,Proactiv,Benzoyl peroxide and some other acne treatments.Some are happy that at last,their acnes were gone.But some are also not happy coz sometimes the product is not very effective.

How to stop acne?It's really better to ask your dermatologist or doctor to prescribe you the right acne treatment to have a better result.
