I gained a lot of weight :(

From the very start we arrived in Bangkok Thailand till here in Davao Philippines,we eat non stop.Maybe because I really miss the asian foods especially the Filipino ones.I am sure I gain a lot of weight.If I continue to get bigger and bigger later,I might use some diet pills like apidexin for me to lose weight.

For now,I am afraid to know my real weight coz I am sure I'll be frustated.Just last week,we ate a lot.We really pigged out.We ate our favorite lechon,pansit,menudo,lumpia,kinilaw and some other Filipino foods.And it's been a lot of times that we also ate at some fastfood chains here.I know I have to watch my weight but I couldn't stop eating the foods I miss for 3 years.

Taking prenatal vitamins

Last week,our relatives from our mother side went to our home.It's been 3 years that they didn't see us.One of my cousin's wife is pregnant but I noticed that she is to thin and kind'a weak.I told her that she has to take some prenatal vitamins so that she can get an adequate nutrition her pregnancy.I also said that taking prenatal vitamins make the mother healthy and most especially the baby in the womb.I hope that they will buy some prenatal vitamins and started taking it as soon as possible.

When I was pregnant with my little boy,I took vitamins everyday coz I want my baby to be healthy and have a good development.I am very thankful to God that Alex is normal and healthy.

Suvarnabhumi Airport,Bangkok Thailand

Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok Thailand is so big.I guess it's one of the biggest airport in the world.The airport itself is very clean.If you are hungry,no problem coz there are many fastfoods and restaurants inside.And if you want to shop,there's a big duty free shopping center there.There are also some thai sculptures and statues inside the airport that add attraction.

I like their airport but they must add many chairs coz there are many local people and tourists passengers who are just standing waiting their turn to check in.

Couldn`t have a good night sleep

We are here in Davao,Philippines for a week now.It`s also been a week that we couldn`t have a good night sleep because dogs keep on barking at night and it`s also very hot here.It`a really hard for us to sleep,we keep on waking up from time to time.It does disturbs us.I`m afraid that we will suffer insomnia later if our sleeping disorder continue.If that will happen I might take sleeping pills so that we can have a good night sleep.

I noticed that not having enough sleep made us irritable,tiring,weak and also cause headaches.It`s been 2 days that my husband is not feeling well due to the very hot weather here and not have enough sleep.My husband already complain about the non stop barking of the dogs but my father couldn`t rid them.I just hope that we can stand living here for 3 months.

Body building

The other day,when we went to the mall there were some big men that caught our attention.Their muscles are big that you will be afraid to even bump at them.With their bodies,I`m sure they do body building.My brother and cousin told me they want the same body as theirs.I told them that those body builders have to endure the hardship of body building before they attain the body they have right now and maybe they also took some supplements.If they really want to have those kind of bodies they have to go to the gym and might check the body building supplement reviews on the net for further infos about how to have a tone and firm body.

But I just laugh at them.Maybe they think it`s easy to have those kind of bodies.I am sure they can not endure all the body building exercises in the gym.With their little arms I don`t think they can do it coz most of the exercises are lifting heavy objects.

Vacation in Bangkok

We were in Bangkok,Thailand for 8 days.Our vacation went well but unfortunately we couldn`t roam around in the center of Bangkok because the protesters were there and they closed the roads.We couldn`t even go around at night coz there was a curfew and some places were occupied by the protesters.

But the chaos in Bangkok didn`t stop us to enjoy our vacation.We went to Grand Palace,The Reclining Buddha,Ayutthaya,the ancient capital city of Bangkok,Siam Park,Samphran Elephant Zoo,Dream World and their famous market Chatuchak,the largest market in the world.We really had a great time there.Our unforgettable experiences were when we ride the elephants,embracing and caressing them and to be able to see the man putting his head inside the mouth of the crocodile.

My husband said that we will surely go back to Bangkok.I just hope that the next time we go there,the city will be in normal and safe again.

Taking multivitamins

Due to baggage weight limitation of an airline here in Philippines,we opted to send a balikbayan box.So,before we went here in the Philippines,we already sent a balikbayan box filled with heavy stuffs and chocolates.We only brought few items with us such as some thai bags that we bought in Bangkok,chocolates,perfumes and some multivitamins for men.My father and my brother were so happy that we gave them perfumes and multivitamins.

We are here for a week now and I can see the changes of my father`s face.My father is getting better coz he eats a lot now.He has more appetite to eat now that he takes his multivitamins.I am happy to see him like that.

Need to exercise

To lose weight is not easy to do especially if you are doing the traditional way such as exercise and diet.Before we went to Bangkok,Thailand and be here in Philippines,I already lost 6 kilos in 2 months.Yes,it took me long to lose weight coz I wasn`t motivated enough to be on diet.Now,I`m gaining all the weight I had shed :( It would be nice if I have a treadmill here at home so that I can do exercise.

From our stay in Bangkok till here in Davao,I notice I become bigger and bigger everyday.Blame it to the delicious foods we ate in Thailand and homemade cuisine of my family.I really have to watch my food intake now or else I`ll be obese when we go back to France.

Chaos in Bangkok

We are here in Bangkok since last Friday.Since we arrive,the situation here became more hard.We always see some smoke from the burning tires,many armies and police outside.Whenever we go back to our hotel,numerous times we passed the Victory Monument where some of the protesters stay that made me afraid.

Yesterday was the worst,there was a curfew from 8PM-6AM to all the places surrounding Bangkok.Lots of establishment were burned.All the malls,offices,stores were closed so early.

Though our hotel is not very far from the camp of red shirts(Pratunam,Silom,etc),we are still safe here.Too bad that we couldn't go to Malls or even roam around at night.It's really a bad timing vacation for us but nevertheless,we enjoyed our time visiting the outskirts of Bangkok.

Bangkok,here we come!!!

Today is our flight to Bangkok.We are very excited to go and also feel so relieved that the flights in Paris airport are back to normal.Only yesterday I finished arranging all the things to put in the luggages.I made sure that I didn't forget anything.I see to it that the micro sd for our video camera,some memory sticks for our sony camera,batteries,chargers are all arranged in the bag.I love taking photos so my camera is very important :)

Though Bangkok is not yet totally in peace and red shirts people are still there,we still decided to push through our vacation.We just roam around the outskits of Bangkok.I'm so excited to ride the elephant and take some photos with the tiger.

Hope we will enjoy our vacation and be a memorable one.

Our timeshare

Every year we use our timeshare.It's good to have a vacation even for a week in a nice resort with all the amenities.Normally we have a timeshare in Malaga Spain but since we are member of RCI,the largest timeshare vacation exchange network,we have the previlege to change it to different resorts anywhere in the world as long as the resort is affiliated with RCI. Every year,we pay the maintenance fee for our timeshare in Malaga,Spain,membership fee for RCI/year and fee everytime we exchange our timeshare.We are contented everytime we have our vacation.

If we have some enough money I would love to exchange our timeshare for an orlando timeshare coz it's my dream to go to USA especially the state of Florida.I want to go to Disney world,Universal Studio and many more.Maybe if our son is big enough to appreciate the theme parks.

Paseo dela Argentina of Retiro Park ,Madrid Spain

Retiro Park or Patque del Buen Retiro is one of the places we visited when we went to Madrid last year.It is large and also the main park of the city.In this park you can see the Monument of Alfonso XII,the Paseo dela Argentina and the Estanque del Retiro or Retiro Pond.

Looking for cheap insurance

When we received our bank statement this month we were surprised that our home,auto and health insurance increase a lot.When we check the statements of the bills from our providers,the prices are accurate.I hate myself coz I just noticed it recently.It really pisses me off coz the pension of my husband didn't increase,while all the bills increase a lot!I told my husband that we will look for cheap insurance when we go back from our vacation coz for now we don't have enough time to change it,we will be leaving this week.

I don't want we stop our insurance now coz it's good to be properly protected especially that our house will be unattended for so long.But we will surely shop and compare different insurance providers when we comeback.I just hope that we can find lower rates with good policies so that we can save some money.

When we visited Madrid last year,we never forgot to visit Plaza Mayor.They said that it's the biggest square in the city.The Plaza Mayor has beautiful painted facades that I really like.

In this place you can see many shops selling nice souvenirs and there are lots of food chains and restaurants nearby too.

Glad that I stick to a diet

Glad that I stick to a diet.I lose 6 kilos now and just 4 more kilos to shed before I can attain my desire weight,I could not be more happier :)Though I would like to take a pill for me to lose weight fast but sometimes I hesitate because of the side effects of diet pills.Yeah,there are advantages and disadvantages when taking a diet pill.A person might lose weight but have to endure the side effects.

There are many diet pills on the market right now and a consumer can not tell which one is safe and effective unless you read all the review sites and feedbacks of the real consumers.So to be sure,ask first or consult the doctor if it's safe to take a certain product.

I lose 6 kilos!

I was very happy the other day coz I lose 6 kilos.I tell you it's not in a snap of a finger.It took me 2 months to lose these kilos of fats.Yeah I know it's kind'a long for 6 kilos but I am happy.If I did not lose more than 5 kilos and will take more longer,I might try the best weight loss pills that are safe and effective.It was really hard for a person who grew up eating rice 3x a day.Before,when I started dieting,I really couldn't controlled myself from eating rice,but when I notice that I don't lose any weight at all,I was motivated then.I had to eat with less rice and some carbo foods or not all.But I was very happy with the result,I just have to continue it.

Medieval village of Montlucon

Last Wednesday we went to the medieval village of Montlucon.We already went there but unfortunately my camera got broke just after we visited the place.So all my photos were gone :( It was a beautiful day and Mr. Sunshine was there,so we had a nice time roaming around.

Filipinos working in construction and manufacturing companies

I chatted some of my former classmates in highschool and in college who are in Middle east,Taiwan and Korea.Some of them are engineers in some of construction companies and some are working in manufacturing companies.They always working with industrial products especially who are working in the contruction companies.I'm so happy and proud of them that they went long way in other countries.They better their lives and their families in the Philippines.

Just the same of what I saw on TV,many Filipinos were part of the building contructions in Dubai.Some of them said that they are proud everytime they see the infrastractures that they were part with the construction especially the very known hotels,buildings and towers.
