Quads and Polaris rzr

It's getting warmer and warmer here in France.I feel that we are on summer already.Whenever we passby the big garden in our city,there are lots of people hanging around the place already.Nearby our place,there are forests and vast lands for agiculture.If the weather is nice,I get to see some people who are on their ATVs or All terrain vehicles.

Some are on their quads and polaris rzr.I don't usually see these kinds of vehicles so I am curious if there are lots of quads and polaris rzr accessories can be bought in the store.Though there are not so many stores selling accessories for those vehicles in every places,there is no problem coz there are many online stores now that are catering those kind of vehicles.

How to get rid blackheads?

How to get rid blackheads on nose??I am asking this coz I am tired seeing those blackheads popping on my skin.I tried to take or pull them out but couldn't eliminate all of them.I already have a problem with my pimples and these blackheads just add it even more.I thought I totally got rid of them,but they keep coming back :( Seeing those blackheads and pimples make me feel that my face is not clean,grrrr.

My husband told me that maybe I should change my diet.I have to eat food that is not so greasy or have less fats.Also I have to continue using anti bacterial soap.Sigh...If only I can get rid of them forever I will be more happy.

Wanted to try horse riding

I always wanted to try horseback riding.Whenever I see professional equestrians or non professional riders riding horses with their nice equestrian helmets,made me wanted to try horse riding.I always wanted to try horseback riding even when I was young.In my mother's province,our relatives have horses.Whenever we visit the place,I see people riding their horses.It's one of their means of transportation.I remember my uncle convinced me to ride the horse with him but I was afraid.I was afraid to fall down or get kicked by the horse.

Too bad I didn't overcome my fear,maybe I could have enjoyed the ride just like the joy of the riders riding their horses.

Providing the patients special needs

Last Thursday,we went to the hospital for my son's check up.While there,we saw some elderly patients who were assisted by nurses.Some were in pain and could even barely walk and some of them were recovering.I saw some patients who were using medical step stools to go up and down to their respective beds.It's nice to see that they are providing the patients special needs that help them recover faster.

It really breaks my heart whenever I see older people in that condition.Good thing that our hospital here is good and really take good care of their patients.

Ayutthaya,Thailand

When I wrote about our visit in Thailand last year,I forgot to write about the ancient capital of the country,Ayutthaya.It's a beautiful city with lots of ruins.Me and my husband were really amazed of what we have seen.The old temples and the gold coated big Buddhas and their cultures impressed us a lot.

Ayutthaya is not very far from Bangkok and it's easy to go to the place.You can go there by car,bus,train or by boat.Too bad,we didn't experience using the boat going back to Bangkok.I really wanted to see the country's principal waterway,the Chao Praya River and pass the country side of Bangkok.

We visited Wat Pra Si Sanphet,Wat Phra Ram,Wat maha That,Wat Chaiwatthanaram and Wat Chaimongkhon.Ayutthaya was declared a UNESCO World heritage site.

Low testosterone levels

A while ago,I read an article about men who are experiencing symptoms of low testosterone.I read that as the men get older,their testosterone levels are decreasing.As the testosterone decreases,the body accumulates fats,less energetic and feeling tired most of the time.But the worst effect of this problem is it leads to sexual dysfunction or low sex drive and impotence.One time,I read a topic about couples having marital problems because of this.It's sad but it happens.

Good thing that there are some ways to avoid or to lower these low testosterone symptoms.It would be better if the person who has this kind of problem will seek help from a doctor.That way,he will be properly treated.

Computers and laptops

Everytime we go to the mall,we never fail to pass the electronics section of a store.Though my husband visits frequently some online stores that especializes electronics,it not enough for him.He still look at the stores to see some of the nouveauté especially on computers,"ordinateurs portables" or laptops,computer screens and TVs.Now that the prices are more interesting and more cheaper compared to last year,he oftentimes said that if only he knew that the prices will be like that,he would probably buy it now :)

I know that he knows that electronic prices changes constantly especially if there are some new sorties,the previous models will be much cheaper than the new ones.So I just told him that he should not regret if we bought those electronic stuffs much earlier coz we also used it for sometime now.

Comparing insurance quotes

We have different insurances.Health,auto and life insurances with different insurer companies.Though there are three different companies,we are satisfied with their services.Thanks to the internet,we were able to compare different insurance companies.That's what I tell to our relatives and friends to look for the Wholesale Insurance on the net since it can give different quotes and rates from the different insurers.Before it's really hard to choose which company is the best but now with the help of internet,it makes it more easier.

I am glad that they did the same.Before taking decision on choosing an insurer,they compare first and weighs which is the best that will fit on their budget and has a good coverage.

Taking multivitamins

Last Saturday,we went to the market.We bought some vegetables and fruits.I know I'll be the one who will eat a lot of those.My husband and my son don't like to eat vegetables and fruits that much.They eat but very choosy.While me,I don't eat much dairy products.So the three of us don't have enough vitamins and minerals that are needed per day.Before,I was so worried coz my son was so sickly and he seemed always tired.Maybe because of the lack of the essential nutrients that his body needs.

But now,the three of us are taking multivitamins everyday.We are taking it coz we want to boost our health and also to have all the vitamins and minerals that we needed everyday.I don't worry anymore,as long as they take their multivitamins,it's ok.

We visit the Chenonceau castle

My son has two weeks easter vacation.Since his vacation,we have been wanting to go out.We want to go to park or visit some castles not so far away from home.A week before his vacation,the weather was so nice and warmer.So we planned to visit some places.But the weather wasn't nice to us last week.Some days with rain and the clouds are gray.So it hindered us to go out.

Finally today,we saw Mr. Sunshine and the weather is nice.So we went to Chenonceau castle.One of the beautiful and most visited castles in France.The castle is beautiful but it's kind'a small compared to some castles that we have visited.It has a big garden with lots of flowers and nicely lawned.

The castle is situated on the Cher river.Actually,it's my first time to see a castle built on the river.No doubt,there are lots of tourists who visit the place coz it's unique and so beautiful.

June,the wedding month

The month of June is approaching,the wedding month.At that month,many couples are getting married.I really don't know why most of the couples choose that month for their big day.Maybe because it's the beginning of warmer weather and summer is just so close.

While couples are busy preparing for their weddings,the people invited are also thinking of what gifts they can give.If you happen to be invited in a wedding,I suggest that it's good to give some personalized stuffs.I think couples will be delighted to receive it.There are so many special wedding gift ideas that are personalized.The last time I was invited,I gave an ornament with their names on it.
