One of the really worth seeing in Tarragona is their cathedral.It's a beautiful 12th century old church that is located in the old town.

Christmas decorations

Just like what I have written in my other post we went to the department store the other day.We saw Santa Claus and his friends and we took pictures with them.My son was very happy to mingle with them even for a short time.

We also took some pictures in some of the christmas decorations in the department store.

Old Town in Tarragona,Spain

One of the places that a tourist must visit in Tarragona is the Old Town which is I think near the Passeig Arqueologic.We really like strolling around the place.My husband likes to see old buildings and old church,so when we were there,he was so delighted on what he saw.

Simple christmas dinner

Since it's only us,we will just have a simple christmas eve dinner at home.So yesterday we went to the department store.It was very crowded.People were doing their last shopping just like us :)Before heading to the grocery store,we passed by a flower shop that has many beautiful bouquets of flowers.All I could say was wow!As much as I wanted to have one,I'll just wait till Valentines day coz I am sure my husband will give me one.Instead we bought a poinsettia,a nice flower in time for christmas.

So after that,we went straight to the grocery store and bought smoked salmon,fois gras and a mix seafood pack.My husband will prepare a seafood dish and maybe I will just bake a cake for our dessert and that's it.I think,even just the smoked salmon and fois gras with bread are enough to stuff our stomachs :)

The Roman Amphitheater of Tarragona Spain

One of the places to visit in Costa Dorada region is Tarragona.Tarragona has several beautiful attractions such as museums,churches and ruins.One of those is the The Roman Amphitheater and is listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage.It is situated close to the seashore and Rambla Vella.

La Pineda beach,Spain

La Pineda beach is just few minutes walk away from Estival Park Hotel.We went to the beach every other day or if we already had enough swimming at the pool.We really enjoyed the long sandy beaches of La Pineda.Me and my son had fun swimming while my husband just stayed at the shore watching us :)

By the way,La Pineda is very close to the theme parks.The Aquopolis water park and Port Aventura.

I love You Tube!

I love watching videos on You tube.It's my favorite past time!Everyday I never fails to open the site and watch videos of my favorite songs and movies.I love cooking and baking so I usually look for some new recipes there too.I read that people can now download videos on youtube by using youtube video downloader it would be great to have my favorite videos,I hope I can try it soon.

I am so thankful of youtube coz I learn so many things.Just type on the search engine and voila!you will be answered.A big THANKS to all the uploaders coz without them we can't watch the informative videos.I love You Tube!!!!

Estival Park Hotel and Resort,Spain

When we went to Spain,in our first week,we stayed at Estival Park Hotel and Resort.It's located in La Pineda,near Tarragona City.It's a very nice resort,very huge and has lots of amenities.

It's so convenient coz if we want to swim,they have several large swimming pools and if we want to go to the shore,we just walk 5 minutes and we are at the long beach of La Pineda.By the way we stayed in one of their apartments.
